Relevé
/ˌreləˈvā/
to "rise up"
"lifted"
Shortly after moving back to my home state in 2019, I founded Relevé Physical Therapy with a goal to provide physical therapy services, injury prevention and wellness education to young dancers in the communities in which I was first inspired years ago. The field of Dance Medicine is growing as the unique physical and aesthetic demands of dance has become more appreciated, well-known and researched. It is my passion to help build the next generation of dancers by keeping them healthy, strong and knowledgeable and to help set them up for long-term success!
