Service Description

How do you know when you are ready to start pointe work? This session involves a musculoskeletal screening and biomechanical assessment looking into strength, neuromuscular control, flexibility and balance to determine if a dancer is safe to begin dancing en pointe. In-depth discussion and exercise prescription will be include to help prepare for pointe work and prevent injury.
